1. Order Cancellation:

2. Commitment to Exchange/Return:

  • If you are not satisfied with an order purchased from INOXSAPAI, please submit a request using the Exchange/Return Form, along with the invoice or delivery note, within 10 days from the delivery date.
  • Before requesting an exchange/return, please carefully review the conditions below. If you cannot meet all the requirements, INOXSAPAI reserves the right to refuse the exchange/return request.

  • Customers are eligible for exchange/return only if all conditions below are met.
  • Products must remain in new, unused condition and retain their original state upon receipt.
  • If products are no longer in their original condition (e.g., opened or tested), exchanges/returns are only accepted under these circumstances:
  • Products damaged during shipping; and/or
  • Products delivered incorrectly, not matching the ordered items; and/or
  • Products with manufacturing defects within the allowable return period.

  • Properly pack the items for exchange/return.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional items (if any) in the original manufacturer packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, alternative packaging may be used.
  • Ensure the package matches the condition of the items when received—no dents, scratches, or damage.
  • Submit the package with the invoice or delivery note and the completed Exchange/Return Form to the shipping carrier.

  • or product information pages.
  • Promotional items included with a product must be returned in full to receive a full refund. If not returned, the refund will be reduced by the value of the missing promotional items. Gifts given for customer appreciation do not need to be returned.

  • Exchanges are FREE when shopping at www.inoxsapai.com. However, if the exchange is for personal reasons (e.g., color preference, size change), customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items to INOXSAPAI.
